BSc. Information Systems and Management

The degree in Information Systems and Management is one with an international flavor set within a strong social science framework. It provides a thorough understanding of how organizations and societies use and exploit new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Emphasis is on the organizational and social aspects of the efforts organizations make in order to accommodate ICT, change their practices, and achieve benefits. This degree is particularly focused on how computers are used within business and administrative organizations. It is natural, therefore, to combine the study of information systems with the study of management.
